Technical Facilities Manager

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations, MEP maintenance, and building systems for a client with a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Angola.

Key responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations across multiple properties, coordinating with internal teams, technicians, contractors, and external service providers.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Monitor performance, safety, and compliance of building systems and facilities services.
• Support implementation, operation, or improvement of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, service performance, issues, and improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, FM Manager, MEP Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in facilities management and MEP maintenance across multiple sites.
• Portuguese language proficiency strongly preferred; Spanish also considered.
• Experience in international, commercial, residential, hospitality, or large‑property operations is an advantage.
