Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on knowledge management, editorial production, communications, and the visibility of policy and technical content related to the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets and digital knowledge platforms for the programme.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including policy briefs, case studies, and visibility content compliant with EU standards.
• Coordinate dissemination of technical and policy information to stakeholders across Africa and the EU.
• Support communication strategies to raise the programme’s profile and engage private‑sector partners.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, preferably with policy or technical content.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
