About the role
The Store Facility Coordinator will join Action’s Real Estate department, reporting to the Construction Manager. The role focuses on ensuring that store facilities operate smoothly through contract management, technical issue resolution, and support for maintenance projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage store facility contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, aiming to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Handle third‑line technical complaints and malfunctions across Action stores.
- Prepare cost, ticket, and progress reports for the Construction Manager.
- Initiate and supervise tenders for maintenance services under the guidance of the Construction Manager and IHQ.
- Track energy consumption and implement optimisation measures.
- Provide administrative support to the Store Facility department, including documentation and correspondence.
Required profile
- Experience in managing facility or maintenance contracts within a retail or real‑estate environment.
- Ability to work with external suppliers and internal teams to drive cost‑effective solutions.
- Strong organisational skills for handling reports, tenders, and project documentation.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying process improvements and energy‑saving opportunities.
