Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, film, edit and publish engaging multimedia content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks and static posts with mobile/desktop editing tools.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community engagement.
• Track reach, engagement and conversion metrics and deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑performance laptop capable of running editing software and a smartphone with a quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Graphic design experience using Canva.
