Webflow Developer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites, owning the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive custom websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to accurately convert Figma or Adobe XD mockups into Webflow.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and conversion performance.
• Integrate third‑party tools, APIs, and analytics platforms such as Zapier, GA4, GTM, and CRM software.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs proactively.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a distributed team using Slack and Zoom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects with custom interactions and before/after designs.

Required skills

• Webflow CMS and advanced interactions/animations.
• Figma (or Adobe XD) for design hand‑off.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Zapier, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) integrations.
• CRM integration experience.
• Familiarity with Client‑First or Relume Webflow frameworks.
