Remote NLP Data Annotator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented NLP Data Annotator to help improve cutting‑edge Natural Language Processing systems. Working remotely, you will label, classify, and evaluate large volumes of text and speech data to boost the performance of AI models such as chatbots, search engines, and language understanding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Read and analyze text or speech data following precise annotation guidelines.
• Perform tasks including sentiment labeling, intent classification, entity tagging, and text categorisation.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency while following detailed instructions.
• Conduct quality checks, resolve annotation discrepancies, and meet productivity targets.
• Provide feedback to refine annotation processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Communications, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with large language model (LLM) training datasets.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics like precision, recall, and F1‑score.
• Experience working with APIs and data pipelines.
