IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s technology environment. The role is responsible for ensuring that servers, networks, storage and cloud services operate reliably, securely and efficiently to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and maintain servers, network devices, storage solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Guarantee high availability, performance and security across all IT systems.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and optimise performance.
• Manage backup strategies, disaster recovery plans and business continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
• Lead and mentor the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Networking, firewalls, switches, routers and VPN technologies.
• Server administration (Windows and Linux).
