Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content while fostering an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and an alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar).
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Basic graphic‑design capabilities for creating static social posts.
